
There is perhaps no young presenter on leadership today has a broader and deeper understanding of the global competitiveness, improving personal performance and harnessing the power of diversity. His backgrounds in sports, private law practice and leading a large international organization give him a rare view of what leaders in every field must do to succeed today. With presentations revolving around key phrases such as "Outstanding Leaders See Things Differently", "Great, it's Monday Morning!" and "Variety + Moderation + Discipline = Sustainable Outstanding Performance", Bruce breaks down the components of improving the condition of individuals and organizations into simple and easy to remember steps that are more likely to be implemented after his presentation. Born in Anderson, Indiana in 1963, Bruce attended the University of Kentucky where he worked as a student athletic trainer (sportsmedicine) assistant for Wildcat athletic teams. In 1984-85, he was assigned to the assist the Kentucky Men's Basketball team, a program with six national championships and more wins than any other major university in the United States. He spent four summers and one full season working as an athletic trainer assistant to the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. In 1990, Bruce received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky and was admitted practice before the Kentucky Courts. Bruce travels from his home in Lexington, Kentucky where he lives with his wife Tabitha and his son Trevor.

Bruce is the Immediate Past President of JCI (Junior Chamber International), a 200,000 member strong organization of young leaders and entrepreneurs from 110 countries. In 2003 he traveled to nearly 50 countries as JCI World President. In every presentation he makes, Bruce shares his practical tips for improving personal and organizational performance in an entertaining way that leaves the audience energized and ready for action.
